Frank is the Head of Workforce / People Development and has overall responsibility for the training function, with a specific responsibility for the development of a training regime, which ensures that the training needs of the industry are identified and met in line with their organisational objectives.
Frank has over 35-years’ experience in the security industry in Ireland, in various roles, ranging from Static Security, Door Supervision, Cash-in-Transit, Retail Security, Close Protection, Security & Risk Management and Various Training roles.
He holds various training qualifications and recognition in relation to training, including Security Industry Trainer, Train-the-Trainer QQI Level 6, Trainer in Conflict Resolution and trainer in static, door, retail and higher educational establishments.
He has worked in various senior management roles across a broad range of sectors within the industry and held positions such as vice-chairman of the Guarding Sector within the main industry body, the Irish Security Industry Association.
He is a key figure in industry as has been a representative to various bodies including Educators, Social Partners, Industry Sectors, Regulators, Government Ministerial Offices, Trade Associations.
He holds membership of the prestigious Security Institute of Ireland and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise which ensures the highest level of quality in the services provided.
